You feel stuck.
You feel disconnected from yourself and unsure how you got here. You struggle to let go of patterns that no longer make sense, but aren’t sure why.
You are carrying grief or loss that hasn’t had space to land. Years of anxiety and depression have drained your energy, leaving you numb, overwhelmed, or checked out.
You struggle to navigate complicated family dynamics—trying to understand your role, set boundaries, or make sense of long-standing family trauma without losing yourself in the process.
I work with people who feel stuck, emotionally distant, or worn down from holding too much for too long. I’m passionate about supporting folks exploring family trauma, grief and loss, maternity and reproductive mental health, and relational stress within families. I work with individuals, couples, and families to support all levels of healing.
My approach to therapy is warm and conversational, grounded in the human experience. I believe that healing does not happen in isolation, and I aim to create a collaborative space in the therapy room to foster this. Together, we gently notice patterns that no longer serve you, name them with care, and work toward changes that feel more aligned with who you are now.
I value taking time to understand what’s actually happening for you and moving at a pace that feels manageable. Sessions may include more than talk therapy—incorporating somatic approaches, movement, and creative practices such as art, to help you reconnect with your body and inner experience, not just talk about it.

Get to Know Sabina:
Who is your ideal client?
I hope to work with families, couples, and individuals, teens, college age students and adults .
What's something you wish people knew about therapy or the therapy process?
its not one size fits all! it may take time to find your perfect therapist or the perfect therapy modality for you, but you have as much say in it and as much agnecy about how it goes as the therapist does.
Why do you like being a therapist?
My favorite part of every job i've ever had is the working with people part. I have always been curious about other people, their lives, their stories, and their knowledge. To me, this work is meaningful and keeps me engaged everyday.Besides being a therapist, what do you enjoy in your spare time?
I love getting crafty and doing ceramics, and spending time outside nurturing my relationship with the natural world through backpacking, hiking, gravel biking, foraging, swimming, and gardening. I enjoy reading a good book and cooking for myself and the people I love.
What is your favorite book, podcast or mental health resource?
