You feel stuck, behind, or uncertain about who you are and the life you’re living. You might struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, or anxiety, and wonder if you’re doing life “wrong.” Sometimes, you even wonder if some part of you is broken. These feelings can make navigating life feel heavy, frustrating, confusing, and overwhelming.
This work offers a way to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your own clarity and strength. My background in health coaching taught me that the body is the way in — your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are inseparable from your physical experience. When you listen to your body, it reveals patterns, needs, and truths that guide growth.
Together, we’ll use Somatic Experiencing, other experiential practices, mindfulness and regulation tools, and traditional talk therapy approaches like CBT to support your self-exploration. We’ll uncover your insights and translate them into clear, empowered steps you can carry into daily life. You’ll reconnect with yourself, build deeper self-compassion and acceptance, and move through life feeling more confident, grounded, and at ease.

Get to Know Rachael:
Who is your ideal client?
I work with teens, young adults, and adults who feel stuck, lost, disconnected from themselves and want to live with more clarity, confidence, and intention. This work is rooted in self-love, self-compassion, and empowerment, helping clients reconnect with themselves so life feels lighter and more purposeful.
What's something you wish people knew about therapy or the therapy process?
Therapy isn’t about "fixing" yourself (you're not broken), being perfect, or having all the answers. It’s about having a safe space for exploration and building self-compassion, self-acceptance, and resilience.
Why do you like being a therapist?
I love being a therapist because I get to celebrate people’s growth and hold up a mirror to their greatness, even when they can’t yet see or feel it themselves.Besides being a therapist, what do you enjoy in your spare time?
I love spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew :) I also love being outside whenever I can, whether camping, hiking, biking, snowboarding or paddleboarding. I also like lifting weights and practicing yoga. On slower days (which I need a lot of), you’ll find me reading fantasy, writing, or knitting.
