Begin healing with online EMDR therapy that’s safe, supportive, and effective.

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, scared, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. It might feel like no matter how hard you try, anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep showing up. You may find yourself struggling to manage emotions, navigate relationships, let go of the past, or feel confident in who you are. Whether you’re coping with life transitions, burnout, trauma, or relationship struggles, it can feel exhausting to keep it all together on your own.

In our work together, I help you slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to understand the “why” behind your patterns. My approach is warm, curious, educational, and collaborative. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel seen and accepted as you are. Using evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I’ll help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with the parts of you that are ready to grow. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want for yourself.

Get to Know Nicole:

  • Who is your ideal client?

I love working with women in their 20s to 40s who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD. My ideal client is someone who’s ready to dig deeper—to understand what’s behind their emotions and start finding real relief. They might not know exactly what they need yet, but they’re ready to take the first step toward healing and feeling like themselves again.

  • What's something you wish people knew about therapy or the therapy process?

    It takes time!

  • Why do you like being a therapist?
I feel honored to share the deepest parts of people's lives and I thrive on seeing individuals true potential shine through as they progress in treatment.

  • Besides being a therapist, what do you enjoy in your spare time?

I love spending time with my fiancé and our two cats, Blu and Leo. We’re often off the grid in the summer—camping at the family cabin, hiking, fishing, or spending time with family. I also love to travel!
