You strive for perfection in everything you do, but the pressure inside is building up. You act so strong like you have it all together, yet internally you overanalyze everything. It’s difficult for you to take breaks and struggle to ask for help. You fear failure and don’t want to let other people down. You prioritize taking care of everyone else and neglect your own needs. It is time for a change. It’s time to learn how to listen to your inner voice. You are ready to live a life free of self-criticism, workaholism, and perfectionism.

The therapeutic modalities I use are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I specialize in treating adults and adolescents who have experienced Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and self-harm.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal clients are adults and adolescents who are motivated for self-discovery and have been through stressful life events that have led to anxiety, trauma, stress, and depression. I also enjoy working with individuals who struggle with infertility, grief and loss, and postpartum depression.

What's something you wish people knew about therapy or the therapy process?

I customize therapy sessions to meet the needs of my clients and use a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Why do you like being a therapist?

I am passionate about working with clients to help them reduce symptoms and feel empowered to reach their greatest potential in life.

Besides being a therapist, what do you enjoy in your spare time?

Spending time with family and friends, running, reading, and volunteering.
