    At Embodied Wellness, PLLC, we specialize in PTSD treatment, trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, depression treatment, OCD treatment. All of our therapists are have additional training, post masters in their areas of expertise.

  • How much experience do you have in treating my issues and concerns?

    Each of our clinicians have a different amount of experience ranging up to 20 years! Please ask more in the free 15 minute phone consultation.

  • Is therapy offered in person or online?

    At Embodied Wellness, PLLC, we only offer online therapy in Michigan!

  • What are the fees for therapy? Do you take my insurance?

    Our fees start at $170 for private pay clients and we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you have questions about your specific mental health benefits through BCBS, please call the number on the back of your card.

  • How are cancellations or missed appointments handled?

    We request that you provide your therapist 48’s notice if you need to cancel or you will be charged the full fee.

  • How long are sessions?

    Sessions are typically 55 minutes. If you want a longer session, you can request this with your therapist. Insurance does not cover longer sessions, so you would have to pay out of pocket.

  • How often do we meet?

    We have found that people find therapy most effective when they meet with their therapist weekly.

  • Do you have a waitlist or immediate availability?

    It depends on the therapist, but most therapists have immediate availability!
